1. Where do your bus tours leave from?
All scheduled tours depart from the Port of Sydney (near the Big Fiddle)
2. What happens if I am late or miss the tour?
Refunds will not be issued to customers who are late & miss the tour.
3. Can I book a window seat?
Seats are allocated on a first come first served basis. Our bus is custom built for sight seeing and all seats have good visability.
4. Is lunch included in the cost?
No, lunch is not included.
5. Are entry fees to attractions included in the price?
No, admission fees are not included.
6.Do you take young children?
We do not take children under the age of five, we do not carry child seats.
7.How far in advance can we book?
We are happy to accept prior bookings.
8.What is the weather like?
Summers can be warm, however sun can not be guaranteed. We tour rain or shine & wear comfortable shoes!
9.What would happen if our ship doesn't dock.
You would not be charged if your ship doesn't dock.
10.Please note the driver reserves the right to alter tour route, without compensation, if there is any risk of passengers not returning to their ship in time for departure.
If notice of cancellation is given between 24 & 48 hours in advance there shall be a 50% refund
If notice of cancellation is given less than 24 hours in advance there shall be no refund.
